Meet Robert "JR" Gallegos
JR is a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor who has devoted his career to walking with people through the hardest seasons of their lives. He earned his Master of Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver with a clinical focus in addiction and substance use counseling, and he serves as Executive Director of Clinical Services at Valiant Living, a nationally respected treatment program.
At Path to Promise, JR brings that same clinical depth into a private, personal setting. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), he also offers specialized care for process addictions and betrayal trauma with the discretion and skill those journeys deserve. His approach is warm, direct, and grounded in evidence. Here, you are never a diagnosis or a case number. You are a person with a story, and your story is not over.
